- Polymochevin. An exceptionally durable sprayed waterproofing coating of a new generation roof, which can last more than 50 years and, moreover, hardens in less than an hour. It is so effective that with the help of polymochevina, waterproofing pools and ponds. But due to a very high cost for roofs, this material is used extremely rarely.
The method for approaching any bulk roof device is nearly the same, regardless of the material.
It’s cleaned and emptied before the waterproofing is applied. Using a sealant or solution, all cracks and potholes must be sealed at the same time. If not, the waterproofing coating in these areas will be more "weak" and prone to leaks.
The concrete base is then primed in one or two layers. Bitumen primer is used for bitumen-based mastic roofs. A unique primer for polyurethane bulk coatings.
